Hi there, I’m Eric LeDallic, Personal Trainer at Elevate Health and Wellness
I am an avid sports enthusiast who has been involved in sports and training most of my life. My interest in physical fitness began at a young age when my parents encouraged me to enrol in youth soccer. After being chosen for the Okanagan Advanced Youth Soccer League, I was motivated to become proficient in other sports (volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, martial arts), enhance my skills and improve my fitness. That drive and motivation to expand my knowledge and strive for athletic perfection is even stronger today.
My training principles are derived from accredited resources and proven scientific facts. My programs incorporate education, fun, safety, dedication, consistency, and hard work.
What elevates me?
I feel a sense of accomplishment when clients convey to me that they have had a fun and entertaining session, while achieving improvements in fitness and selfesteem.
